The Gulbarga University is located at Gulbarga, Karnataka, India. It is a public state University. The University was established on 1980 with more than 37 teaching departments and 4 research centers and also acts as an affiliating university. The University jurisdiction extends to the four districts of Gulbarga District, Bidar District, Raichur District, and Yadgir District of Karnataka. The University offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in various fields of P.G. Studies and Research in Chemistry, Computer Science, Science & Technology, Arts, Social Sciences, Law, Education, Commerce & Management, Mathematics, Management and Zoology. Every year the University conducts the semester and annual examination.
