The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is located at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. The University is formerly known as Central Hindu College. The University was established on 1916 by Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya. The University is one of the largest residential universities in Asia. The University is organized into 6 institutes and 14 faculties (streams) and more than 132 departments. The University offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in various faculties of Ayurveda, Commerce, Education, Law, Management Studies, Performing Arts, Sanskrit Vidya Dharma Vijnan Sankaya, Social Sciences and Visual Arts. The University conducts Undergraduate Entrance Test and Postgraduate Entrance Test in April/May months every year. This year also the University will soon conducted the BHU UET/PET Exam 2016. After conducted the written examination the University will announced the BHU UET/PET Result 2016 on its official website.
