The West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC) is responsible to recruitment of various posts in various government and semi government departments which is located at all over state. The Commission was came into existence on November 02, 1979 for recruitment to the posts of Lecturer in different subjects/disciplines of Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce, Education, Physical Education, Foreign Languages, Law, Journalism and Mass Communication, Fine Arts and Music in the Degree Colleges affiliated to Calcutta University, Burdwan University, North Bengal University, Kalyani University and Vidyasagar University. Recently the Commission was conducted the State eligibility test (SET) on 6th Dec 2015 at various center spread all over West Bengal. Now the candidates are waiting for WBCSC SET Result 2016 Answer Key on its official website.
