The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) was incorporated on 15 September 2000. It is an Indian state-owned telecommunications company. The Headquarters of the department is located at New Delhi, India. The department are responsible to providing telecom services and network management from the erstwhile Central Government Departments of Telecom Services (DTS) and Telecom Operations (DTO).
